Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar
This advent calendar stands out for its charming variety of 24 holiday-themed miniature plush toys, making it ideal for holiday countdowns and collectible displays. Compared with the larger 14-inch Nick the Santa Claus, this set offers a more interactive experience, especially for kids who enjoy daily surprises. However, its small size may not satisfy those seeking plush toys they can cuddle for hours. Still, the official Squishmallows seal guarantees authenticity, and the collection appeal makes it perfect for holiday fans. Its limited to seasonal use, which could reduce long-term value for some buyers.
Pros:- Includes 24 different holiday-themed plush toys
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
- Perfect for holiday countdown and collection
Cons:- Small size may not appeal to all collectors
- Limited to holiday-themed characters
Best for: Families wanting an interactive holiday countdown with collectible value.
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking larger plush toys for cuddling or everyday comfort, as the tiny size may feel less satisfying.
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:24 Micromallows plush toys
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“This pick is best for holiday enthusiasts looking to add a festive collectible to their seasonal decor.”
Squishmallows 10-Inch Richie Axolotl Plush
This 10-inch Richie Axolotl plush excels in providing cuddly comfort, making it a great choice for kids who prefer plush toys they can hug and carry around. Its size is larger than the tiny Micromallows but smaller than the 14-inch Nick the Santa, fitting comfortably into backpacks and beds. Unlike the Micromallows advent calendars, this plush is designed for everyday play and snuggling, though its single-character focus might limit variety for collectors. It’s better suited for children or fans who want a versatile plush for multiple occasions, but those looking for holiday-specific collectibles might prefer the advent sets.
Pros:- Super soft and cuddly
- Encourages imaginative play
- Great for gifting and travel
Cons:- May be too soft for children needing more structure
- Limited to one character style
Best for: Parents seeking a soft, portable plush for daily comfort and imaginative play.
Not ideal for: Collectors wanting a display piece or holiday-specific ornament, since it lacks seasonal themes.
- Size:10 inches
- Character:Richie Axolotl
Our verdict“This plush is ideal for kids who want a cuddly, versatile toy for everyday use rather than seasonal decor.”
Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
Similar to the 24-day Micromallows advent calendar, this set features 24 tiny plush toys celebrating the holidays, including characters like Benny the Bigfoot and Cam the Cat. It’s a compact, collectible option for holiday enthusiasts who prefer smaller plush toys to display or gift. Compared with the larger 14-inch Nick the Santa Claus, this set is easier to incorporate into small spaces or stockings, but it might be less appealing for those who want plush toys for cuddling. Its limited size makes it more of a seasonal collectible than a daily companion, which could be a drawback for some.
Pros:- Includes 24 different holiday-themed plush toys
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
- Compact size perfect for gifting or collection
Cons:- Small size may be less appealing for those preferring larger plushies
- Limited to holiday season use
Best for: Holiday gift-givers seeking a small, collectible advent calendar for seasonal decor or stocking stuffers.
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting plush toys for cuddling or everyday play, as the tiny size isn’t suited for frequent handling.
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:24 Micromallows plush toys
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“This set is perfect for those who want a festive, space-saving collectible for holiday decorations or stocking fillers.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) (Amazon Exclusive)
This 4-pack of plush characters offers a variety of festive options, including Ingred the Purple Cow and Luna the Penguin, making it an appealing gift set for holiday gifting or collection. Its plush material is ultra-soft, comparable to the larger 8-inch Fleur the Yule Log, but the lack of specific size details makes it less versatile for cuddling compared to bigger plush. The variety of characters adds visual interest, though it’s limited to holiday themes, which could reduce long-term appeal outside the season. It’s a practical choice for gifting but less suitable for those wanting larger or multi-season plush toys.
Pros:- Soft and cuddly plush material
- Festive holiday-themed characters
- Includes four different characters for variety
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed characters
- No specific size information provided
Best for: Gift buyers looking for a festive, ready-made plush set to give during the holidays.
Not ideal for: Those seeking plush toys for everyday cuddling or non-seasonal decor, as the set is holiday-specific and size info is limited.
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Characters:Ingred, Omar, Marilyn, Luna
Our verdict“This plush pack suits gift-givers aiming for a cute, festive set that captures holiday spirit in a compact form.”
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
This advent calendar is nearly identical to the B0DGB67M8Z, featuring 24 tiny plush toys celebrating the holidays, including Nick Santa Claus and Manny Snowman. It’s a compact, collectible set ideal for holiday countdowns and seasonal displays. Compared with larger plush options like the 8-inch Jack Skellington, this set offers a more interactive experience, but the tiny size may disappoint those wanting plush toys for cuddling. Its appeal hinges on collecting and decorating rather than everyday use, making it a seasonal favorite with limited versatility outside the holidays.
Pros:- Includes 24 different holiday-themed Micromallows
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
- Perfect for holiday countdowns and gifting
Cons:- Limited to small-sized plush toys
- May not appeal to those uninterested in holiday collectibles
Best for: Holiday countdown fans and collectors who enjoy small, themed plush toys for seasonal decor or gifting.
Not ideal for: Consumers wanting plush toys for cuddling or daily play, as the tiny size limits tactile comfort and durability.
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:24 Micromallows plush toys
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“This set is ideal for collectors and seasonal decorators seeking a compact, festive plush toy experience.”
Squishmallows 8-Inch Jack Skellington Holiday Plush
This 8-inch Jack Skellington plush stands out for fans of Nightmare Before Christmas, offering a soft, squishy toy that doubles as a holiday decoration. Compared with larger plush options, its size makes it perfect for cuddling and display without overwhelming a space, but it may feel limited for those seeking a larger, more huggable companion. Its themed design makes it a charming gift for Halloween and Christmas, yet it’s primarily suited for collectors or fans of the franchise. The plush’s softness and high collectibility are definite strengths, but its limited size and holiday focus can be a drawback for everyday use.
Pros:- Soft, squishy, and highly collectible
- Perfect for cuddling and holiday decor
- Great gift for franchise fans
Cons:- Limited to 8-inch size, not ideal for larger plush lovers
- Primarily themed for holiday or Halloween decor
Best for: Fans of Nightmare Before Christmas who want a collectible holiday plush for display or gifting.
Not ideal for: Those seeking a larger plush for hugs or everyday comfort, or for general plush toy collections without a specific theme.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Character:Jack Skellington
- Model Name:SQDI00843
- Unit Count:1
- Model Number:SQDI00843
- Set Name:Nightmare Before Christmas Squishmallows
- UPC:191726807544
- Age Range:3 years and up
Our verdict“This plush makes the most sense for fans of the franchise looking for a themed holiday collectible, rather than a large cuddle buddy.”
Squishmallows 8in Fleur the Yule Log Plush
This 8-inch Fleur the Yule Log plush offers a cozy, festive addition to holiday decor, made from ultrasoft, high-quality material. Unlike the Jack Skellington plush, Fleur’s design emphasizes a cute, seasonal aesthetic suitable for display or cuddling. Its size is ideal for holiday shelves or small hands, but it may be too small for those wanting a plush for regular hugs or travel. The plush’s unique bio and festive theme make it a charming collectible, but its holiday-only availability limits year-round appeal. Compared with the 12-inch Galci raccoon, Fleur is more manageable for smaller spaces and less bulky, though less suited for extensive play.
Pros:- Soft and high-quality material for cuddling
- Festive holiday design adds seasonal charm
- Includes a unique bio, enhancing collectibility
Cons:- Limited size for display or travel
- Only available in holiday-themed designs
Best for: Holiday decor enthusiasts and collectors seeking a soft, festive plush for seasonal display.
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting a large, versatile plush for everyday cuddling or travel, or those not interested in holiday themes.
- Size:8 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Theme:Holiday/Yule Log
Our verdict“Fleur is perfect for those wanting a soft, festive plush that adds a seasonal touch without taking up too much space.”
Squishmallows 12-Inch Christmas Holiday Puffer Jacket Plush Toy – Galci the Raccoon
This 12-inch Galci the Raccoon in a puffer jacket captures the holiday spirit with a fun, limited-edition design. Compared to Fleur’s smaller size, Galci’s larger scale makes it more suitable for cuddling and display, especially for those who appreciate a character with more presence. The festive puffer jacket elevates its collectibility, but availability is limited to the holiday season, and the specific raccoon character may not appeal to everyone. Its size and unique design make it a better choice for dedicated collectors than casual plush fans. If you prefer a plush that stands out on a shelf or as a gift, Galci delivers on that front, but it’s less versatile for everyday use outside the holiday timeframe.
Pros:- Festive holiday design perfect for Christmas
- Ideal size for cuddling and display
- Limited edition adds collectible value
Cons:- Limited availability due to holiday edition
- Specific character may not appeal to all preferences
Best for: Holiday collectors and children who want a festive, character-driven plush with seasonal exclusivity.
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking a plush for year-round cuddling or those who dislike raccoon characters or limited editions.
- Size:12 inches
- Design:Festive puffer jacket
- Character:Galci the Raccoon
- Edition:Limited holiday
Our verdict“Galci makes a compelling holiday collectible for those wanting a larger, festive plush with a unique character and seasonal exclusivity.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little)
This 4-pack offers a variety of holiday-themed Squishmallows characters, including Maritza the Cactus and Tinsley the Peppermint Latte, making it a versatile set for collectors and gift-givers. Compared to purchasing individual plushes like Nick the Santa, this pack provides four distinct options at a more economical price point, but it limits you to the included characters and themes. The plushes are all ultrasoft and high-quality, yet the size details are sparse, and the set’s holiday-only focus could restrict use beyond the season. It’s an excellent choice for those wanting a range of characters for gifting or collection, though less ideal for buyers seeking a more personalized plush experience.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality plush material
- Includes four characters with unique backgrounds
- Official Jazwares product, exclusive to Amazon
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed characters
- No size details provided
- Only available as a 4-pack
Best for: Budget-conscious collectors and gift-givers wanting multiple holiday plush characters at once.
Not ideal for: Buyers looking for a specific character or a plush for year-round display, as the set is limited to holiday themes and characters.
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Material:Ultrasoft, high-quality plush
- Theme:Holiday
Our verdict“This set offers great value for collectors seeking variety and holiday cheer in one purchase, but it’s less suited for those wanting specific characters or year-round use.”
Squishmallows 14in Nick the Santa Claus Plush
This 14-inch Nick the Santa Claus plush elevates holiday cheer with a fun, oversized design featuring a Santa in a red Hawaiian shirt. Compared to the smaller 8-inch Jack Skellington or Fleur, Nick offers a more substantial, cuddly presence, making it suitable for children or collectors who prefer larger plush toys. Its unique Santa theme adds a playful twist, but it might be too large for small children or those with limited space. The plush’s quality and authenticity seal make it a trustworthy gift, though buyers should consider whether a 14-inch plush fits their intended use. For fans seeking a sizable, character-focused holiday plush, Nick provides a delightful option.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality material for cuddling
- Large size adds visual impact
- Unique Santa in Hawaiian shirt design
Cons:- Limited to fans of plush toys or Squishmallows
- May be too large for small children
- No additional features beyond plush character
Best for: Holiday gift shoppers and those wanting a larger, playful Santa plush for display or cuddling.
Not ideal for: Buyers with limited space or those preferring a smaller, more manageable plush for everyday cuddling.
- Size:14 inches
- Character:Nick the Santa Claus
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
Our verdict“Nick the Santa is perfect for those wanting a sizable, playful holiday plush that makes a statement in any collection or as a gift.”
Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Wreath 4-Pack
This set of four 2.5-inch Micromallows stands out for its compact size and festive appeal, making it ideal for holiday decorating or gifting. Compared to larger plush options like the Squishmallows 10-Inch Richie Axolotl Plush, these tiny plushies are less about cuddling and more about collecting or embellishing your holiday space. The official Squishmallows authenticity seal ensures quality, but their small size means they won’t satisfy those seeking a plush to hug or display prominently. These characters are perfect for fans who want a cute, low-maintenance holiday addition, but they aren’t suited for children who prefer larger, more huggable plush toys. The inclusion of four different characters offers variety, yet the tiny scale limits appeal for those wanting a plush with a significant presence. Overall, this set makes the most sense for collectors or holiday decorators, not for kids craving larger plush companions.
Pros:- Highly collectible 2.5-inch miniature size ideal for decor or gifting
- Includes four distinct holiday characters for variety
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal ensures quality
- Perfect for holiday decorating or as small holiday gifts
Cons:- Limited size means they lack the cuddly, plush feel of larger toys
- Not suitable for very young children due to small parts and size
Best for: Holiday decor enthusiasts or collectors looking for festive, small-scale plushies to accentuate their seasonal displays.
Not ideal for: Parents seeking plush toys for young children to cuddle or play with extensively, as these are too small and fragile for rough handling.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Stuffed Toy
- Sub Brand:Micromallows
- Model Name:Style Number – SQMM0265
- Unit Count:4
- Model Number:SQMM0265
- UPC:191726976417
- Age Range:3 years and up
- Included Components:Original Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Wreath (1), 2.5-inch Micromallows Plush (4)
Our verdict“This set is best suited for collectors and holiday decorators seeking tiny, festive plushies rather than plush toys for cuddling or active play.”
How We Picked
Products were evaluated based on their holiday relevance, size options, price points, and overall appeal for different types of buyers. We prioritized plushies that offer a mix of cuteness, durability, and holiday spirit, ensuring each choice appeals to a specific need—whether it’s for collecting, gifting, or interactive play. The ranking also considers customer reviews, brand reputation, and value for money, balancing premium and budget options. This approach ensures that the list features a well-rounded selection that suits various preferences and budgets, from casual gift buyers to dedicated collectors.
Factors to Consider When Choosing Squishmallows Holiday List
Choosing the right squishmallows holiday item depends on several factors that go beyond just appearance. Size, price, theme, and intended use all influence which plushie will be the best fit. Understanding these factors can help you avoid common mistakes like overpaying for a set you don’t need or choosing a plush that’s too small for a gift. Keep these key considerations in mind to make a confident purchase.Size and Cuddlyness
Size matters when deciding on a squishmallow for the holidays. Smaller micromallows are perfect for stocking stuffers or collectible sets, while larger plushies offer more comfort and huggability. Think about who the recipient is: young children may prefer bigger, softer plushies, whereas collectors might prioritize display pieces. Larger plushies also tend to be more expensive and less portable, so consider where they will be used or stored.
Theme and Holiday Relevance
Not all squishmallows are equally festive. Advent calendars and wreath sets emphasize the holiday countdown and decor, while character-specific plushies like Santa or reindeer focus on iconic holiday figures. Decide if you want a versatile plush that can be used year-round or a dedicated holiday piece that captures the season’s spirit. Themed sets often include multiple plushies, offering more value but potentially sacrificing simplicity.
Price and Value
Balance your budget carefully. Sets and advent calendars tend to cost more upfront but provide a variety of plushies, making them a good value for gift-givers or collectors. Single plushies, especially limited editions or larger sizes, can be more expensive but might serve as special keepsakes. Watch for exclusive deals or bundles that offer extra plushies at a discounted rate, maximizing your purchase value.
Durability and Use
Consider how the plush will be used. If it’s for a young child, look for plushies with sturdy stitching and safe materials. For collectors or display, focus on quality details and limited editions. Advent calendars and smaller plushies are more suitable for gentle handling, while larger, plushier options can withstand more cuddling. Durability impacts long-term satisfaction and overall value.
Availability and Collectibility
Holiday squishmallows can sell out quickly, especially limited editions or retailer exclusives. If you’re aiming for a specific character or set, shop early to avoid missing out. Consider the collectible aspect: some plushies increase in value over time, making them a good investment. Be mindful of seasonal availability—some items are only sold during the holidays, so timing your purchase is key.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are squishmallows suitable as holiday gifts for all ages?
Squishmallows are generally safe and popular across a broad age range, from young children to adults. However, very small plushies or those with small removable parts may not be suitable for very young children due to choking hazards. Larger plushies or themed sets often appeal more to older kids and collectors. Always check the age recommendations on packaging to ensure the gift is appropriate.
How do I choose between an advent calendar and a single plush for the holidays?
Choosing between an advent calendar and a single plush depends on the recipient’s preferences and your gifting goals. Advent calendars provide daily surprises and a festive countdown, making them ideal for interactive holiday experiences or families. Single plushies tend to be more straightforward gifts—perfect for collectors or as a keepsake. Consider whether you want to add a fun activity or give a meaningful plush for a special occasion.
Are exclusive or limited-edition squishmallows worth the extra cost?
Limited editions and exclusive squishmallows often carry a premium price but can become valuable collectibles over time. If you’re a collector or want a unique holiday gift, these options are worth considering. However, if your goal is to get a plush for immediate use or gifting without concern for future value, standard options usually provide the best balance of quality and affordability. Always verify authenticity and seller reputation when buying exclusives.
What size squishmallow should I choose for a holiday gift?
The ideal size depends on the recipient and the occasion. Smaller plushies (around 8 inches or less) are portable and suitable as stocking stuffers or part of a set. Medium-sized plushies (10-12 inches) strike a good balance between cuddlyness and displayability. Larger plushies (14 inches or more) are excellent for hugging and become statement pieces, but they also tend to be more expensive and less practical for travel or storage. Think about the recipient’s preferences and space before choosing.
When should I buy holiday squishmallows to get the best selection?
It’s best to shop early in the holiday season, ideally in late October or early November, before popular items sell out. Limited-edition and retailer-exclusive plushies tend to go quickly, so early purchasing ensures better availability and pricing. If you wait until closer to Christmas, you risk missing out or paying higher prices on resale platforms. Planning ahead also gives you time to compare options and find the best deals.
Conclusion
For those seeking the best overall holiday squishmallow, the Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar offers a delightful countdown experience that combines variety and holiday spirit. If you want a premium collectable, the Nick the Santa Claus Plush makes a festive statement. Budget-conscious buyers will find great value in sets like the Micromallows Holiday Wreath 4-Pack. Beginners or casual gift-givers should opt for smaller, versatile plushies, while collectors will benefit from limited editions and exclusive sets. Consider your recipient’s age, preferences, and your budget to choose the perfect holiday squishmallow.
